Built in the 1950's this beachhouse has been thoughtfully extended and renovated with care and attention to detail. A large home with an open plan living area with a large well planned kitchen opens to the stunning low maintenance garden. Four spacious bedrooms and a study provide for family accomodation. The main bathroom is delightful with a full bath, separate shower and vanity, and a
wall of glass bricks providing light and privacy. A further bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet is accessed from the private courtyard providing the perfect place to shower after being at the beach.
The property has reverse cycle units in the living room and main bedroom, evaporative ducted cooling to all other bedrooms and electric wall heaters. A gas heater is fitted in the living room.
