Brant is a valuable part of the Advantage Team being an Associate Partner of the business an the Manager of our Property Mangement department. Brant brings with him over ten years of experience as a Property Management specialist. Having managed rental portfolios in excess of five hundred properties in previous roles, Brant has the experience required to handle whatever situations you put in front of him. He is determined to get the best results for both landlords and tenants alike, as “there is nothing more satisfying than a win-win scenario”.
Buyers Agent & Vendos Advocate
Starting out as a Finance Broker before moving into real estate, Thomas has over ten years experience in financing and negotiating property acquisitions. Broadening his experience, he also successfully worked in both the London and Dubai real estate markets which enabled him to assist a large portfolio of local and international clients with their property requirements. Thomas has a real passion for real estate and is focused on delivering outstanding results for his clients. Being a leader in both sales results and customer service, Thomas loves working with his clients to develop innovative purchasing strategies. His attention to detail and people-focused attitude has lead to a considerable amount of testimonials and referrals and he was also recognised by the Real Estate Institue of Victoria by being nominated as a finalist in the 2010 Real Estate of Victoria Acheivement Award. Frank Valentic is the Managing Director and is considered to be one of Australia’s leading Buyer's Agents and Vendor's Advocates. He has a passion for real estate and a wealth of experience in the property market, having purchased thousands of properties on behalf of clients over the last twelve plus years as well as building a large personal porfolio over the last seventeen years. Frank is a fully licensed estate agent and Chairperson of the REIV Buyer’s Agent Chapter. He was voted the Joint Winner of the Victorian Buyer's Agent of the Year 2007 and Inaugural Australian Buyer's Agent of the Year in 2008. He was again awarded Victorian Buyer's Agent of the Year in 2009 and Australian Buyer's Agent of the Year in 2010. Frank is a regular presenter at Investment and Property expo's and seminars and was the first Buyer's Agent to present at the Australasian Real Estate Conference. He is often sought for comment on the property market by various media and writes regular articles for various publications.

With an extensive career spanning Lending, Finance, Relocations and Property Management, Myrine Long has all the skills and experience to professionally manage your investment property. Throughout her career, she has excelled due to her ability to communicate with people on all levels and her common sense approach and her integrity. Having lived in Melbourne her whole life and owning her own investment properties, she understands the Melbourne real estate market and knows what is most important to property investors. With a love of all things related to real estate, she loves renovating and plans to grow her property portfolio. Outside of her professional life, Myrine loves travel adventures, has quite a green thumb and enjoys reading and learning more. Being a landlord herself, Myrine endeavours to manage your property as she would her own.
