Initially employed in the role of assistant property manager her daily tasks were: processing rental applications, completing routine property inspections and the documentation to owner, preparing leases, completing ingoing condition following up late rent, conducting inspections with prospective tenants, reports, letter box dropping, following up repairs, filing and more…. Ashlee has quickly outgrown the role and is now managing her own portfolio and working very hard at growing it.
