Steph Bishop and her husband bought their family home from the Ray White team in 1990. She was so impressed by their warmth, professionalism and stability in the area that she decided to join Ray White Cheltenham herself! More than two decades later, this happy Bayside resident makes it her job to ensure that clients come away with the same, or an even better, level of satisfaction and success that first drew her to the company. An excellent sales record – with many of her private sales achieving above-reserve prices – suggests that Steph’s doing exactly that. In addition, all the properties Steph has taken to auction during her entire real estate career have sold. Steph has particular expertise in selling off the plan. Her superior knowledge and astute negotiation skills have seen her achieve some exceptional results, including a recent transaction which she successfully finalised after it was listed for just ten days! Originally from New Zealand, Steph has a teaching background and a strong history in small business and client care. She and her husband Grant, who have two adult children, started a successful, home-service based business more than twenty years ago and continue to operate it today. Both her professional experience in varied fields and a personable nature make Steph a natural at relating to people of all ages and nationalities. Her maturity and cultural sensitivity combine with exceptional property market knowledge and a winning sales record, making Steph one of the most highly sought-after agents in the area. “Steph did everything she said she would – and more.”
