On offer here is a charming piece of Tasmanian history. It is said that this is the first church built in Bismarck (which was Collinsvale's original name), and that it was a Methodist church built in the 1880's. From a local 'My Grandmother remembers one of the best days of the year for Methodist children was the Sunday School anniversary, where the children would perform for the adults. She recalls the nerves and the prizes, and new clothes for the day.' The building itself consists of a small entrance area and the church hall, with a toilet outbuilding. There is a nice piece of vacant land attached. Bathed in sunshine and offering a lovely vista this is a rare opportunity to secure a very special property.
