Positioned overlooking some of the Great Lake, this two bedroom holiday home is situated at Reynolds Neck, approximately a 20 minute drive from Miena. Quite comfortable, fully furnished and no power bills! A generator is used for the power. Set on a 1378 m2 block, with a large storage shed, which can be used for wood or tools and a small BBQ area in the sheltered area at the rear of the property. Heated by a wood heater in the living area and appliances include a gas fridge and a gas stove. The second bedroom has a small wood heater installed on those very cold days and nights. Reynolds Neck in the Central Highlands of Tasmania, is quite close to your trout fishing lakes including the Great Lake and the Western Lakes. Approximately a 45 minute drive for supplies to Deloraine and 90 minute drive to Launceston. Please call for an inspection of this very tidy property.
