This property is located only 6km north-east of the township of Avoca with just a 15 minute drive to the regional centre of Maryborough. A planning permit was previously issued and there is scope to build (STCA). Homebush was once the site of significant finds (1853 - 1920) and while the soil is not currently yielding gold there is a true history and link to the diggings. It is intersected by Homebush Creek, so perhaps panning for gold may be another option.
