FENCING:
On the Homestead Block the old fencing has been replaced over time so that practically all of the fencing is less than 10 years old. New boundary fencing is 3 barb and 4 plain wire construction, with internal fencing of 4 barb, all with concreted steel end assemblies and steel posts 5m apart.
On Bullock Block there is one near new internal fence and both grids have been upgraded. New internal fences have been designed so that, with 2 additional plain wires, they would be sheep proof. Property subdivision provides 13 paddocks on Homestead Block and 3 paddocks on Bullock Block.
