It’s more than common to feel overwhelmed when it comes to real estate, and often people don’t know where to go to get the right answers. One place where you can be sure to get the right information is from the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV), who have recently put together a new ‘Advice’ section to help you navigate your way through the property process.
Who is the REIV and how can they help me?
The REIV is the peak professional association for the Victorian real estate industry. Over 2000 real estate agencies in Victoria are Members of the REIV.
The REIV provides general advice to the public concerning the buying, selling and leasing of residential and commercial property. This includes the specialisations of sales, auctions, property management, owners corporations, business broking in both metropolitan and non-metropolitan areas.
To help members of the public with property related questions, the REIV has recently put together a new Advice section on their website, which is aimed at helping answer your real estate questions.
In the Advice section you can;
- Ask the REIV a question
- Access a real estate dictionary
