With the weather finally improving and the weekends offering up some glorious sunny days to draw crowds to auctions, real estate agents have had no trouble selling high-end properties over the past month.
Middle Park – $6.4 million
With a premium price of $6.4 million, this stunning family home in Middle Park ticks all the boxes: five bedrooms, fantastic location, and a great outdoor space including pool for the kids. The classic double-fronted Edwardian façade is the cherry on top!
Kew – $5.58 million

Armadale – $5.1 million
