With the weather finally improving and the weekends offering up some glorious sunny days to draw crowds to auctions, real estate agents have had no trouble selling high-end properties over the past month.

Here are just a few of the amazing homes that changed hands during September in some of the top areas including Kew, Pyrmont and Henley Beach.

Armadale – $5.1 million

This Kooyong Road property, with four bathrooms and two deluxe bedrooms, boasts elegant period features, including the distinctive spire and stunning high ceilings. It was sold this month for $5.1 million.

New South Wales

Rushcutters Bay – $3.05 million

Spectacular Harbour views and a spacious interior helped this award-winning Rushcutters Bay apartment top the $3 million mark. With extras including walk-in dressing room and butler’s pantry, it’s not hard to see why.

Berry – $3.1 million

The beautiful country estate “Cedargrove” fetched $3.1 million – a bargain, considering the peaceful location and size of the property. The five-bedroom home is set on a whopping 17.8 acres, with breathtaking views in every direction.

South Australia

Henley Beach – $1.275 million

Four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a lap pool ensured this home in Henley beach had no trouble selling for $1.275 million. A fantastic location and impeccable design put it in a class of its own.

Katherine – $1.048 million

Still in Nightcliff, this five-bedroom, three-bathroom home has soaring cathedral ceilings and gorgeous jarrah floorboards and panelling. It sold for $915,000 to some very lucky new owners.
