With summer on the horizon, luxurious homes with prime space for entertaining have clearly been on buyers’ radars. Pools and outdoor dining areas feature prominently in this snapshot of the most breathtaking properties which changed hands in October, in elite locations including Sandy Bay, Armadale and Alderley.
Malvern East – $5.1 million
Full of character and history, this amazing 1930s home on Wattletree Road broke the $5 million mark when it sold last month. With five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a generous block with loads of potential, it certainly stands out as a grand family home.
Armadale – $6.05 million
In a tightly-held estate, complete with a private north-facing garden, this Munro Street property changed hands for $6.05 million in October after going on the market for the first time in 40 years. Hawthorn East – $4.6 million
