Renowned Australian cricket legend Shane Warne has relisted his bayside mansion after postponing plans to sell back in April due to the impact of COVID-19.

Jonathan Dixon, Managing Director of JP Dixon, said the decision had been made to change the sales process from an auction to a private sale.

The sportsman is well known for his property dealings in the local area, as this sale comes not long after he sold another six-bedroom, seven-bathroom mansion for reportedly around $19 million in the nearby Middle Crescent.
