What do I have to do?

Absolutely nothing. We will take care of the transition to realestateVIEW.com.au for you. These FAQs contain details of important information you should be aware of as a result of the transfer. You will find regular updates here www.realestateview.com.au/faq-reiq

Will there be any changes to my services or pricing as a result?

No, there will be no change to your services or pricing as a result of the transfer. We will transfer all your active listings from REIQ on the 30th June 2015.For further information on realestateVIEW.com.au terms and conditions click here.

Will I still be able to access the REIQ website?

Yes, you will still be able to access the REIQ website at the usual address. From 18th September 2015 the REIQ.com website will feature a search box to search properties on realestateVIEW.com.au.

How do I access my listings?

You will still be able to access your listings at the usual REIQ address. Your listings will also remain accessible using your existing login details on the REIQ website until 18th September 2015 .From this date, to edit your listing you will need to contact support on 1300 303 383 or email support@realestateview.com.au

How do I contact realestateVIEW or become a subscriber?

Will any of my payment details change

No, there will be no change to your current payment details. You can continue to pay your REIQ fees as you have in the past.

When will I receive my first realestateVIEW branded invoice?

Your first realestateVIEW.com.au branded invoice may commence from October 2015. A bill explainer outlining your new look bill will be provided with your first realestateVIEW.com.au branded invoice.Until then – no charges will be incurred unless otherwise advised. In the meantime, enjoy the benefits which realestateVIEW.com.au has to offer your listings.

Will I still be able to manage my account online?

Yes, you will still be able to manage your account online as you have done in the past. You will be provided new login details via email. Just note that from 18th September 2015 to edit your listing past this date you will need to contact support on 1300 303 383 or email   support@realestateview.com.au
