We have received two bids, the latest is $965,000. All interested parties are now invited to bid, as well of course, to come through for a viewing if you haven't already. They will be kept informed of firm bids and have the opportunity to also enter the bidding process. Each bid will be circulated to members of this group. If we reach a bid that is acceptable, and all bidders have finished, we will sell.
We are moving interstate on 27 Jan. . We will hand the viewing/inspection process over to an agent, but I will remain the point of contact for bids and information.
